About This Project

This is a new greenfield public hospital project and the winner of a National tender.

The new Tung Chung Hospital is being developed the management of the Architectural Services Department of the Government of HKSAR. The Design/Build contract for the phase 1 of the project involves an 8 storeys building comprising

• 160 Inpatient beds
• Operating Suite
• Emergency Department
• Medical Imaging
• Pharmacy
• Major Outpatient Services

The hospital also includes the full range of support services including Catering, Morgue and Laundry. The total construction floor area is approximately 43,000 square meters.
