About This Project

This is a first of its kind specialised private healthcare facility which focus on wellness and rehabilitation in Sharjah, UAE. The design incorporated a sustainable expansion strategy over the next 5 to 10 years and the total build up areas will be over 10,000 square meters when completed. The first phase of the design will comprise of a variety of outpatient clinics supported by diagnostic,  therapy areas, wellness, education and teaching facilities. Client requested a flexible model in the design where it can respond to changes in trends and needs in the future. Future phases may include inpatients facility as well as expanded public amenities of an on-site Mosque.
