07 Feb AMI Saudi Arabia Ltd and TAHPI Pty Ltd Strategic Alliance
AMI Saudi Arabia Ltd (AMI), TAHPI Pty Ltd (TAHPI) and Tender Loving Care Pty Ltd (TLC), announced their Strategic Alliance and the formation of a Consortium on Wednesday, 26 January, at Arab Health 2022.
The parties have joined forces for the delivery of health facilities and services with a particular focus on PPP Projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Consortium will offer a full spectrum of Integrated Healthcare, Homecare, Disability Care, Built Environment, Commissioning and Hospital Operations.
The Strategic Alliance Agreement was signed at the TAHPI-AMI stand at Arab Health 2022, represented by Aladin Niazmand (Director, TAHPI), Dr. Bandar Alsaedi (VP, Operations & Business Development, AMI) and Mr Omar Saadi(Operations Manager, Middle East, TLC)
The signing ceremony was witnessed by Stephen Cartwright OAM, NSW Agent General to the United Kingdom.
Mr Mutasim M Ali Rez (Vice Chairman and Managing Director, AMI), Moin Anwar (NSW Trade & Investment Commissioner – Middle East), John C. (Australian Deputy Consul General and Trade Commissioner) were present with other dignitaries.
