Due to the continuing growth of our company we have an urgent requirement for 2 experienced BIM/REVIT Architects to join our International office in Dubai. You will be working with an experienced team of Architects and support staff in a company that specialises in Healthcare Architecture and Planning. Healthcare project experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Healthcare project experience would be an advantage but is not essential
- Design development, review of design, drawings and specifications
- Specification compliance with respect to codes and standards
- Design and review of architectural components
- Project Management – preparation of project reports and environmental reports
- Site administration – inspection of architectural works
- Healthcare experience preferred
- 5-10 years’ experience and with solid experience as BIM/REVIT architect and sound capabilities in BIM software
Knowledge and Skills
- Degree qualifications in Architecture or Engineering (minimum BSc)
- Relevant working experience with CAD operation systems and the latest versions of REVIT, BIM and AutoCAD and other software applications.
- Knowledge in hospital fit-out is preferred but not essential
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Middle East experience (preferred but not essential)
- Proficient in written and spoken English essential
- Knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
